Gerade in unserer gem\u00e4ssigten Klimazone, in der es kaum extreme Temperaturen und vier deutlich ausgepr\u00e4gte Jahreszeiten gibt, nutzen Wildtierpopulationen ihre Lebensr\u00e4ume je nach Saison unterschiedlich. Daf\u00fcr arbeiten sie mit Anil Soyumert und Alper Ert\u00fcrk von der Universit\u00e4t Kastamonu zusammen, die in dieser Gegend schon seit \u00fcber zehn Jahren Kamerafallendaten erheben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Obwohl jahreszeitliche Schwankungen ein wichtiger Faktor sind, basieren viele Analysen von Wildtierpopulationen auf Jahresmodellen. Dil\u015fad hingegen wertet die Kamerafallendaten mit saisonalen Modellen aus, um die jahreszeitlich bedingten lebensgeschichtlichen Anpassungen von Wildtieren verstehen zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p Forschung in der T\u00fcrkei stehen der Braunb\u00e4r (<i>Ursus arctos<\/i>), der eurasische Luchs (<i>Lynx lynx<\/i>), der Grauwolf (<i>Canis lupus<\/i>), der Rotfuchs (<i>Vulpes vulpes<\/i>), das Wildschwein (<i>Sus scrofa<\/i>), das Reh (<i>Capreolus capreolus<\/i>), der Feldhase (<i>Lepus europaeus<\/i>) und der Rothirsch (<i>Cervus elaphus<\/i>). Sie m\u00f6chte herausfinden, wie jahreszeitliche Schwankungen in Schutzmassnahmen und Wildtiermanagement-Pl\u00e4ne f\u00fcr diese Arten einbezogen werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Studie dreht sich aber nicht nur um die Auswirkungen, die Jahreszeiten auf einzelne Tierarten haben. Dil\u015fad untersucht auch, wie verschiedene Arten miteinander interagieren und nach welchen Mustern sie in der Region gemeinsam vorkommen. Dabei ist die Bewirtschaftung von grossen S\u00e4ugetieren wie dem Luchs, dem Hirsch oder dem B\u00e4ren besonders wichtig, weil sie in den meisten \u00d6kosystemen eine Schl\u00fcsselrolle spielen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Untersuchung von jahreszeitlichen Schwankungen und die Identifizierung der daf\u00fcr verantwortlichen Faktoren kann als Grundlage f\u00fcr die Entwicklung wirksamer Schutzpl\u00e4ne dienen. Insbesondere Langzeitprojekte wie die Kamerafallenforschung von Dil\u015fad, Arpat, Alper und Anil werden in Zukunft wertvoll sein.
